Leek Pancakes

*****Clarification: I used ONLY flour, water, salt & pepper to taste, a dash of garlic, and a mix of sesame & olive oils. I did not use the other ingredients found on the link below*****

Here is a link I found with a recipe for Korean Leek Pancakes...my friend Amanda told me how to make them (and I made them once), but I couldn't remember exactly how to do it. Once you read the recipe, you will wonder how I forgot; it's not that complicated! I'm just that tired right now. Luckily, I don't run heavy machinery. :) On Monday, I bought more leeks at the 4-9 Market -- I like these pancakes. This time, I tweaked the recipe. I haven't actually had these at a restaurant or had anyone Korean make them for me. I think it will help me to taste/see them in real life. I cooked these longer than the last time & they were crispier. Yum. The last ones were very rubbery. Here is what they looked like:

Bloggy love,

Yummy! What else did you get at the 4-9? Sorry I missed it. I can't even remember what I did on Monday...
