Here is our special meal together. We had such a fun celebration & we had a super big treat. Red Robin ended up buying our dinner for us & surprised us with this AWESOME ice cream cake. It was a huge piece of cake! SO, go to your local Red Robin & show your support! :) They are always so great to us at ours!
Baby Candance
Here is Golden Elkins & the first time he met his daughter. He had tears running down his face ... it made me tear up too. I'm just so thankful that people are willing to do what these men do. They make huge sacrifices. He is such a good dad he won an award & had a special Father's Day dinner prepared for him by Ruth's Chris. What a great thing.
The First Hug
Well, she did it! She really did run to Daddy. We practiced & practiced before bed every night, so I'm so happy she wasn't scared. Brad said that she just started running & he had to catch her b/c she was going to run right by him. There were lots of people in uniform & she hadn't seen him in a while!
